Anthony Luckett

tony_luckettAnthony Luckett is the Director of the Humanities/History Internship Program and Lecturer III in Journalism and Screen Studies at his alma mater, University of Michigan-Dearborn. He received the Distinguished Alumnus of the Year award in 2007 and Lecturer of the Year in 2016. Anthony also holds a Master’s Degree in Film Studies from Wayne State University. He was featured in the 11th Annual Pan-African Film Festival for his film, “Beautiful,” in 2002. Anthony has written a number of screenplays and has directed some short films, and is an Associate Producer in the Television Department of Word of Faith International Christian Center. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the Robert A. Leonard, Jr. Charitable Trust, established to provide financial assistance to high school students going to college.
